Conditions We Treat

Outpatient care for substance use, mental health challenges, or both.

Most people don’t show up to treatment with all the answers. You don’t have to. Whether you’re facing active addiction, navigating a mental health diagnosis, or just feeling overwhelmed and unsure what’s going on—we’re here to help you figure it out.

At On Call Treatment, we offer outpatient care that adapts to your needs. Some clients are stepping down from a higher level of care. Others are reaching out for the first time. No matter where you’re starting from, we’ll work with you to build a plan that fits your life.

Frequently Asked Questions about Mental Health and Addiction

What if I’m not sure what I’m struggling with?
You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out. Many people come to us feeling off, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s going on. Our clinical team will help you understand what’s happening—and what can help.
Do you treat mental health conditions without addiction?
Yes. While many of our clients are navigating both mental health and substance use challenges, we also offer care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions on their own.
What if I have more than one issue going on?
That’s more common than you think. We specialize in treating co-occurring conditions and will build a plan that supports all of what you're dealing with—not just one piece of it.
Is this outpatient care, or do I need to live there?
On Call Treatment offers outpatient services only. That means you come during the day or evening for therapy, group support, and psychiatric care—and return home afterward. No overnight stays required.
Do I need a referral or diagnosis to start treatment?
Nope. Just reach out. We’ll walk you through a quick phone assessment to understand what you're experiencing and guide you through the next steps.
What if I’ve tried treatment before and it didn’t work?
That’s okay. We believe in second (and third) chances—and in tailoring care to fit you better this time. Whether you’re coming back to treatment or trying something new, we’ll meet you with fresh eyes and zero judgment.
